We are currently recruiting for two experienced Electricians to join a major new build education project in Warrington. The development is delivering a specialist SEND School and offers long-term, stable work through to the final stages of the build. The project is currently at first fix stage, and successful candidates will remain on site through installation, second fix and completion phases. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable electricians looking for consistent hours on a well-managed site.

You will be responsible for carrying out electrical installation works as part of a wider M&E delivery team. Work will initially focus on first fix installation with ongoing involvement throughout the remainder of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation of containment systems including tray, basket, trunking and conduit
  • First fix wiring and cabling works
  • Installation of electrical systems in line with drawings and specifications
  • Supporting second fix installation as the project progresses
  • Working safely and efficiently as part of a coordinated site team
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship and health & safety compliance
Requirements
  • Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Valid ECS / JIB Gold Card
  • Previous experience working on commercial or public sector construction projects
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Commitment to working minimum contracted hours and supporting project delivery
