MEP Technical Talent are currently recruiting for 4 x Fire Alarm Engineers / Installers to work on the major redevelopment project at Shotton Mill. We are looking for experienced individuals who have previously installed fire alarm systems on commercial or industrial projects. Formal fire alarm qualifications are not essential; however, applicants must have proven installation experience and be able to work independently.
Duties will include:
- Installation of fire alarm containment, cabling and wiring
- Installing detectors, sounders, call points and associated equipment
- Reading and working from drawings
- Assisting with testing and commissioning activities where required
- Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in line with site requirements
Requirements:
- Previous fire alarm installation experience
- ECS/CSCS Card preferred
- Valid IPAF
- Own tools and PPE
- Ability to work as part of a team on a busy construction site
