We are currently recruiting 2x Electricians for a social housing project in Colwyn Bay. This role involves working on apartment blocks, carrying out full rewires as part of an ongoing refurbishment programme. We are also open to Electrician + Improver pairs, so if you work as a team, we want to hear from you.

The Role

  • Full rewires on occupied and void apartment blocks
  • Working within social housing environments
  • Maintaining high standards of work and site safety
  • Working independently or as part of a small team

Project Details

  • Location: Colwyn Bay
  • Start: ASAP
  • Duration: Ongoing work until November 2026
  • Rate: £25.00 per hour Electrician / £19.00 per hour Improver
  • Hours: 42.5 hours per week
