We are currently recruiting 2x Electricians for a social housing project in Colwyn Bay. This role involves working on apartment blocks, carrying out full rewires as part of an ongoing refurbishment programme. We are also open to Electrician + Improver pairs, so if you work as a team, we want to hear from you.
The Role
- Full rewires on occupied and void apartment blocks
- Working within social housing environments

- Working independently or as part of a small team

- Location: Colwyn Bay
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: Ongoing work until November 2026
- Rate: £25.00 per hour Electrician / £19.00 per hour Improver
- Hours: 42.5 hours per week
