M&E Construction Manager – Major Project Bristol Up to £95,000 + Package

MEP Technical Talent are currently recruiting for an experienced M&E Construction Manager to join an international engineering contractor delivering a landmark construction project in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major development and play a key role in the successful delivery of a complex mechanical and electrical package.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the M&E construction team, overseeing engineering activities and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage delivery of large-scale mechanical and electrical packages
  • Lead project engineers, supervisors and subcontractor teams
  • Coordinate installation, technical design, BIM and commissioning activities
  • Review drawings, specifications and technical submissions
  • Manage project programme, quality, cost and delivery requirements
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and supply chain partners
  • Identify and resolve technical and construction issues
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality procedures

Requirements:

  • Mechanical or Electrical Building Services background
  • Experience delivering major commercial / industrial projects
  • Previous M&E Construction Manager, Project Manager or Building Services Manager experience
  • Strong leadership and coordination ability
  • Experience with BIM / Revit / Navisworks advantageous
