MEP Technical Talent are seeking an experienced Ductwork Supervisor to oversee installation works on a major commercial development in Bristol. The successful candidate will have a strong ductwork installation background and previous experience supervising teams on large commercial projects.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Heating & Ventilation / Ductwork Installation or equivalent
- Gold CSCS Card or SSSTS/SMSTS
- IPAF 3a & 3b
- Proven experience supervising ductwork installation teams
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and coordinate works
- Strong health & safety awareness
- Own PPE
Duties:
- Supervising a team of Duct Fitters
- Coordinating daily installation activities
- Ensuring programme targets are achieved
- Conducting toolbox talks and maintaining health & safety standards
- Liaising with site management and M&E contractors
- Monitoring quality and productivity on site
- Reporting progress and manpower requirements
