MEP Technical Talent are seeking an experienced Ductwork Supervisor to oversee installation works on a major commercial development in Bristol. The successful candidate will have a strong ductwork installation background and previous experience supervising teams on large commercial projects.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Heating & Ventilation / Ductwork Installation or equivalent
  • Gold CSCS Card or SSSTS/SMSTS
  • IPAF 3a & 3b
  • Proven experience supervising ductwork installation teams
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and coordinate works
  • Strong health & safety awareness
  • Own PPE

Duties:

  • Supervising a team of Duct Fitters
  • Coordinating daily installation activities
  • Ensuring programme targets are achieved
  • Conducting toolbox talks and maintaining health & safety standards
  • Liaising with site management and M&E contractors
  • Monitoring quality and productivity on site
  • Reporting progress and manpower requirements
