Are you looking for a varied, fast‑moving role where no two days are the same? Join our On Site Hire Desk team in Central London, where you'll be the first point of contact for customers, driving service excellence and identifying opportunities to grow the business.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all aspects of queries, orders and returns are dealt with efficiently and professionally as the first point of contact for the majority of customers.
  • Increase revenue by spotting sales opportunities and opening new accounts.
  • Support the management of any customer complaints.
  • Ensure that all relevant administrative processes are correctly followed.
  • Protect company assets.
  • Ensure that Health & Safety requirements and initiatives are proactively managed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer‑facing role in an equipment hire business or similar operation.
  • Experience managing a range of demanding customers and their requirements.
  • Well organised with an excellent work ethic.
  • Capable and willing to contribute to operational decisions to ensure the On Site is efficient and successful.
  • Good level of computer literacy.
  • You are happy to be based in Central London.
