Responsibilities
- Ensure all aspects of queries, orders and returns are dealt with efficiently and professionally as the first point of contact for the majority of customers.
- Increase revenue by spotting sales opportunities and opening new accounts.
- Support the management of any customer complaints.
- Ensure that all relevant administrative processes are correctly followed.
- Protect company assets.
- Ensure that Health & Safety requirements and initiatives are proactively managed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing role in an equipment hire business or similar operation.
- Experience managing a range of demanding customers and their requirements.
- Well organised with an excellent work ethic.
- Capable and willing to contribute to operational decisions to ensure the On Site is efficient and successful.
- Good level of computer literacy.
- You are happy to be based in Central London.
