The mission of the Menzies Talent Acquisition team is to help the Firm grow and scale by helping to identify, attract, and select the very best talent in the market. The Talent Acquisition Specialist role is essential to support the Firm throughout the hiring process. You will be an ambassador in the candidate experience, as the face of Menzies throughout their hiring process, ensuring that everyone has a fair and seamless experience with us. You will work directly with our HRBP team, taking responsibility for sourcing and onboarding our new experienced hires across various service lines.

Key Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in attracting and securing the best talent for our growing Firm. From building direct candidate pipelines and managing targeted LinkedIn campaigns to headhunting passive talent, you’ll take ownership of sourcing strategies that ensure we stay ahead in a competitive market. You’ll also have the chance to shape our employer brand through creative content and engaging presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment across professional service lines, partnering with hiring managers and HR colleagues to deliver a seamless candidate journey. This includes assessing skills and experience, coordinating interviews, and keeping our ATS fully updated so we can report with accuracy and insight. Beyond filling roles, you’ll be focused on building long-term relationships with candidates and future talent. Alongside your recruitment expertise, you’ll support with core administration, from issuing contracts and offers to managing the careers inbox. By combining candidate attraction, employer branding, and operational excellence, you’ll make a real impact!

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Previous experience within a Talent Acquisition / Internal Recruitment team is essential.
  • Proven experience and success in candidate attraction, sourcing and application management.
  • Proven experience of using LinkedIn Talent Solution products such as Recruiter License and Job posting.
  • Experience of working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Previous experience with executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies.
  • Experience of working with a diverse team and striving for fairness in the hiring process.
