Key Responsibilities Here’s what you’ll be doing: Perform initial triage and investigation of security incidents. Monitor security alerts and events from SIEM and other security tools. Participate in vulnerability management and patching. Maintain and update security documentation and procedures. Monitor Sec ops mailbox for alerts and triage them. Work with the ServiceDesk team to assist with tickets that may be the result of a conflict or misconfiguration in the security stack. Assist with reviews of vendor platforms and websites for compliance checks. Assist with client questionaries related to IT Security. Assist with CASB and web filtering change request reviews. Assist with administration of security stack applications. Assist with investigations of incidents logged by the SoC. Provide cover for Security Manager. Skills, Knowledge
