What’s the Role About?

The successful candidate will join our growing audit team. Reporting directly to an audit Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the progress of audit assignments from planning through to completion. You will also be reviewing the work of junior colleagues as well as coaching and supporting them in their development. Our audit engagements may take place remotely or on client sites, so you will utilise a range of technological solutions in addition to your people skills to deliver a quality service, on time and on budget, working in collaboration with the wider audit team to delight our clients.

What we’re looking for

A qualified or part qualified audit senior with experience in corporate audit across any industry sectors, with a strong working knowledge of the requirements of FRS 102 or IFRS for small, medium and large UK companies. You will be a proactive and solution-orientated individual who deals confidently with clients and comes prepared to work collaboratively. A natural curiosity in the activities and strategic goals of our clients is encouraged. We are looking for candidates who come prepared to take an active role in developing other team members, and to apply problem-solving skills to suggest solutions which will drive quality and efficiency.
