We have a great opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join our Company Secretarial team in the Manchester office. This is an opportunity to support the Manchester office, ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and together with the team meet service line goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • With assistance from members of the team being point of contact for Manchester office.
  • Managing members of the team.
  • Ensuring companies abide by their statutory obligations, including ensuring that all statutory filings are made in a timely manner.
  • Drafting ad‑hoc minutes when required.
  • Ensuring the company’s registers are kept up to date and actively maintained as required.
  • Dealing with correspondence received from third parties.
  • Liaising with clients and colleagues and responding to queries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with ad‑hoc projects and other such tasks as required.
  • Working closely with other offices and departments as required.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and professional individual to join our team, bringing strong technical knowledge and a proactive approach to delivering exceptional client service. Additional Information:

Previous experience within the financial services sector is desirable. Flexibility to travel and work from other offices when required.
