We are looking for a Transfer Pricing Senior who will support a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from owner-managed businesses to large multinational groups, delivering high-quality transfer pricing compliance and advisory services. This role offers excellent exposure to international tax matters, client interaction, and the opportunity to contribute to the continued development of our transfer pricing offering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare transfer pricing documentation (Master Files, Local Files, Country-by-Country reporting support where relevant).
  • Undertake functional and economic analyses to support arm's length pricing.
  • Perform benchmarking studies using relevant databases.
  • Assist with transfer pricing planning projects and advisory assignments.
  • Support clients with transfer pricing audits, enquiries, and dispute resolution.
  • Review intercompany agreements and pricing policies.
  • Draft technical reports, memos, and client correspondence.

Project Management

  • Manage tasks within assigned projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Liaise directly with clients to gather information and explain technical matters clearly.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to support in client meetings, prepare presentations, and contribute to client deliverables.
  • Coordinate with other tax teams (corporate tax, VAT, R&D, etc.) to provide integrated advice.
  • Support Managers and Directors in larger cross-border projects.

Technical Development

  • Keep up to date with OECD guidelines, UK transfer pricing legislation, and international developments.
  • Contribute to internal technical updates and training sessions.
  • Assist in developing internal methodologies and best practices.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • CTA / ACA / ACCA qualified (or part-qualified with relevant experience).
  • Previous experience in transfer pricing, international tax, or corporate tax within practice.
  • Strong understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and UK transfer pricing rules.
  • Experience preparing transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking analyses.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to understand client business models.
  • Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
