Deliver high performance standards around all aspects of Customer Services and customer processing, meeting the requirements of our airlines and maintaining health and safety to the highest standard. - Ensure all paperwork relating to the aircraft turnaround is completed
- Utilise any new technology introduced by the station to enhance the operation
- Taking care of any company property, and reporting any damage to Line Manager
- Airside driving duties
- Embrace change of airline procedures.
- Detailed written reports for delays or any safety incident while in charge of a flight.
