The ACA Programme: You will be based in our Audit & Assurance service line where you will gain valuable commercial insights into how organisations operate and the challenges they face. Your responsibilities will grow as you progress, with the potential to supervise other trainees by your second year.

What does our Audit & Assurance team do? Our Audit & Assurance teams carry out a detailed, risk‑based review of a company’s financials to determine whether the financial statements are an accurate reflection. We challenge financial operations and help improve internal processes, ensuring that public‑facing financial statements give stakeholders confidence.

Requirements:

  • Individuals who are collaborative and eager to take on new challenges
  • A minimum of a 2:2 undergraduate degree in any discipline
  • Minimum of 2 A‑levels (A‑C) and one other A‑level or equivalent
  • 5 GCSEs grades A*-C or 9‑4 (including Maths and English)
  • Ability to absorb new information and adapt quickly
  • Comfortable working with numbers and strong attention to detail
  • Clear and thoughtful written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to explain financial information in an accessible and supportive manner
