The ACA Programme

Your responsibilities will grow as you progress through the programme, with the potential to supervise other trainees by your second year.
What does our Audit & Assurance team do?
Our Audit & Assurance teams carry out a detailed, risk-based review of a company’s financials to determine whether the financial statements are an accurate reflection. We look to challenge the financial operations of a company and help to improve the internal processes of a business. This is critical in today’s business world as its financial statements are one of only a small number of documents that a company will place into the public domain, and a quality audit gives confidence in what is delivered to all stakeholders.
What do we look for?
- Individuals who are collaborative and eager to take on new challenges
- A minimum of a 2:2 undergraduate degree in any degree discipline
- Minimum of 2 x A levels (A-C) and one other A level or equivalent

- Ability to absorb new information and adapt quickly
- Comfortable working with numbers and demonstrating strong attention to detail
- Clear and thoughtful written and verbal communication skills
