Your responsibilities will grow as you progress through the programme, with the potential to supervise other trainees by your second year.What does our Audit & Assurance team do?Our Audit & Assurance teams carry out a detailed, risk-based review of a company’s financials to determine whether the financial statements are an accurate reflection.We look to challenge the financial operations of a company and help to improve the internal processes of a business. This is critical in today’s business world as its financial statements are one of only a small number of documents that a company will place into the public domain, and a quality audit gives confidence in what is delivered to all stakeholders.What do we look for?✔️ Individuals who are collaborative and eager to take on new challenges✔️ A minimum of a 2:2 undergraduate degree in any degree discipline✔️ Minimum of 2 x A levels (A-C) and one other A level or equivalent✔️ 5 GCSEs grades A*-C or 9-4 (including Maths and English Language or equivalent)✔️ Ability to absorb new information and adapt quickly✔️ Comfortable working with numbers and demonstrating strong attention to detail✔️ Clear and thoughtful written and verbal communication skills✔️ Able to explain financial information in an accessible and supportive mannerIf this sounds like the opportunity for you, we’d love to hear from you!What can we offer??
