The AAT Programme
AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) is a globally recognised qualification that provides the essential skills and knowledge needed for a career in accounting and finance. This qualification covers key areas such as bookkeeping, financial accounting, and business taxation. Itโs perfect for those looking to start their career in the accounting profession.
The AAT qualification offers hands-on training and practical experience, making it an ideal choice for school leavers who want to build a strong foundation in accounting. What does our Accounts team do?
Our Accounts team plays a vital role in assisting our clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
Whether it be advising on technical elements of accounting standards, ensuring that our clients have the right information to hand to make well informed decisions, or assisting to prepare financial accounts, our Accounts team spends a large proportion of their time supporting clients to meet their technical and compliance needs.
Using this technical understanding, our Accounts team get to understand our clientโs businesses and the individuals behind them. They offer strong strategic advice to ensure that our clients grow and develop their business in a way that aligns with their strategic goals.

What do we look for?
- Individuals who are collaborative and eager to take on new challenges
- Minimum of 2 x A levels (A-C) and one other A level or equivalent
- 5 GCSEs grades A*-C or 9-4 (including Maths and English Language or equivalent)
- Ability to absorb new information and adapt quickly
- Comfortable working with numbers and demonstrating strong attention to detail
- Clear and thoughtful written and verbal communication skills
