Menzies Distribution are looking for an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to join our team in Coalville. You’ll be undertaking the delivery & collection of product on behalf of Menzies Distribution Solutions Limited and its customer, providing a first class service. The night shift will include the use of a Moffett Truck Licence. As this role requires the use of a Moffett Licence please note that full training is provided for your Moffett Licence. This is a certified qualification that is awarded.
The Details:
- Location: Coalville LE67 1PG
- Salary: £45,465.20, £17.48 Per Hour
- Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday Nights
- Hours: 50 Hours per week

HGV Class 1 Driver Duties:
- General driving duties, observing current legal and best practice delivering and collection to/from our customer’s premises or other locations
- Delivering product on behalf of our client and their customer
- Use of electronic POD and up to date technology (full training provided)
- Assisting with loading and unloading
HGV Class 1 Driver Requirements:
- A full UK C+E licence
- 12 months previous class 1 driving experience is desirable
- Excellent driving skills
- No more than 6 points on your licence
- No previous disqualifications
- Good knowledge of drivers hours and WTD regulations
