Menzies Distribution Solutions are looking for Warehouse Administrators at our Biggleswade Depot. You will support an effective operational process, which ensures accurate integrity of customer/suppliers stock and data input, and also ensures that all operational processes and compliances are adhered to.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Salary: £31,597.40
  • Shift Pattern: 4 On/4 Off Nights
  • Hours: 18:00-06:00
  • 44 hours per week (average over 2 weeks)

Key Duties and Accountabilities

  • Maintain a safe working environment which complies with all aspects of the company’s H&S policy
  • Ensure all environmental control measures are in place and effective
  • Ensure the application of the business ‘key standards’ are maintained
  • Liaise with and support effective working relationships with internal and external customers
  • Maintain, review and develop working practices in line with operational procedures
  • Upkeep of WMS
  • Accurate input onto Claws
  • Accurate control and process of Customer Orders
  • Effective documentation control of picking list, goods in and goods out receipts
  • Allocation of stock, stock investigation
  • Liaise with management administration and other departments of warehouse personnel
  • Accurate recording
  • Effectively manage the load board
  • Coordinating the use of automated and computerised systems where necessary
  • Assist in managing stock takes daily/weekly/monthly reporting
  • Adherence to customer stock control procedures
  • Wastage controlling and reporting
  • HACCP awareness
  • BRC Awareness
  • Perpetual inventory reporting
  • Returns Bay door management
  • Pick - tipp load – if required
