Warehouse Cleaner
Menzies Distribution Solutions are looking for a Warehouse Cleaner to provide a professional, efficient and effective cleaning service that enhances the appearance of the facility and supports a healthy environment, at our depot in Corby. As Office / Warehouse Cleaner, your role is to provide a professional, efficient and effective cleaning service that enhances the appearance of the facility and supports a healthy environment.
The Details:
- Salary: £25,480
- Shift Pattern:Monday to Friday
- Length of Shift: 8.5 Hours
- Hours: 07:30 – 16:00
- Annual Leave: 28 Days Inclusive of Bank Holidays
- Paid Monthly
- Parking Onsite
Key Duties and Accountabilities (Will include but not be limited to):
- Clean building floors by sweeping or mopping them
- Gather and empty rubbish
- Service, clean, and supply restrooms
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
- Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours
- Checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created
- Discarding and removing plastic from pallets
Key Experience and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of general hygiene practices
- Good knowledge of cleaning products and applications
- Ability to use a variety of cleaning equipment and products
- Good verbal and written communication skills
