HGV Class 1 Driver

Menzies Distribution Solutions is currently looking for an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to join their team in Hartlepool, providing a first-class service. You’ll undertake the delivery and collection of products on behalf of our client and its customers.

• Shift Pattern: 4 On/4 Off Days
• Salary: £30,969.04 Per Annum
• Holiday: 20 Days Per Annum
• Monthly Pay

HGV Class 1 Driver Duties

• General driving duties, observing current legal and best practice guidelines, delivering and collecting to/from our customer’s premises or other locations.
• Delivering products on behalf of the company and their customers.
• Use of electronic POD and up-to-date technology (full training provided).

HGV Class 1 Driver Requirements

• A full UK C+E licence.
• At least 12 months of previous Class 1 driving experience.
• Excellent driving skills.
• No more than 6 points on your licence.
• No previous disqualifications.
• Good knowledge of drivers\’ hours and WTD regulations.
