Role Purpose
The Warehouse Agent receives/ships and handles e-commerce parcels within the cargo warehouse following established guidelines.
Parcel handling activities may take place inside the cargo warehouse, airside, or landside.
The Warehouse Agent will also drive and operate small specialized commercial vehicles.
This position will require heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and stretching .
What you will be doing
- Handles parcels through the parcel handling system, by introducing parcels through the roller system and x-ray units.
- Inspects the cargo at the time of acceptance for signs of tampering, damage, or pilferage.
- Reports any irregularities to the management team.
- Transfers freight from receiving areas to storage or to other designated areas with forklift or hand truck.
- Weighs and counts items for distribution within warehouse to ensure conformance to company standards and air waybill.
- Performs cargo build-up and/or breakdown to and/or from skid, pallets or ULDs.
- Screen cargo through physical search and X-ray screening.
- Compensation: $19-$21.00 per hour.

What we are looking for
- Must have high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Must have current driver’s license with no violations over the past 5 years.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English proficiently.
- Must pass an FBI background check and obtain a custom seal.
- Must be able to lift at least 75 pounds on a continuous basis.
- Must pass pre-employment medical and a drug test.
- *All hires are required to undergo and pass security clearances (10-year criminal background check), 5 years employment and educational verification, drug screen and physical test. *
