Role Purpose
The position of Resource Allocator (Front of House) will be responsible for ensuring that a high quality of service is provided and Front of House procedures are followed in order to achieve Customer SLA\’s whilst also maintaining H&S and Security policies and procedures. This will include communicating effectively with all departments, the FOH team, colleagues, customers and third parties.
What You Will Be Doing
- Supervises team members on duty and ensures all tasks are allocated tactically and efficiently to meet SLA.
- Safeguard the health, safety and welfare of staff, customers and other visitors in compliance with the Company\’s Health & Safety Policy
- Plan resources & equipment to ensure all FOH tasks are covered
- Manage & utilise effective measurement systems to monitor the performance of your team (Work Bridge, RSMS, SMART, Mobilize, Avtura, iAirport – non-exhaustive)
- Continually challenge existing practices to create improvements in all areas

- Competent in the full Microsoft Office packages.
