Role Purpose
Reporting to the Team Leader, BOH Supervisor & BOH Duty Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high performance standards across all aspects of ramp and baggage handling. Your role involves meeting customer requirements, maintaining health and safety, and ensuring good working practices in line with company policies and procedures at all times.
What You Will Be Doing
- Carry out equipment inspections, pre-trip, daily & weekly.
- Report any faults or irregularities with equipment, facilities, or processes to the appropriate management.
- Perform towing, pushback, and headset duties, including communication with the flight deck, in accordance with relevant training.
- Operate positions and remove all relevant company GSE required for our customer airlines safely and efficiently, following training protocols.
- During winter operations, provide de-icing services to customer airlines as per training.
