The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Must be able to direct others and give clear directions. Able to organize and disseminate accurate operational information. Able to perform all hourly position job duties including all written task breakdowns. Ensures effective operations of the fuel farms and hydrant system including assisting with operational duties where necessary. Will be delegated M&O Operations Manager’s duties during Manager’s absences. Manages tank receipts and dispersals to ensure clean, dry, on-specification jet fuel. Writes daily tank movement instructions for hourly Operators to follow. Performs routine and periodic inspections in compliance with the Company, State and Federal rules and regulations. Train and qualify new hirers and annual requalify hourly employees on written task breakdowns. Ensures Permit to Work (PTW) are issued and monitored. Reviews prior day’s operating records to ensure accuracy and completeness and where necessary coach hourly employees. Ensures assigned tasks have been carried out and completed by the hourly Operators, Mechanics and Pipeline Technicians. Responsible to ensure all Company and Regulatory M&O health, safety, risk, environmental and security compliance tasks are completed by responsible parties including fellow M&O team members, contractors and consultants. Responsible for health, safety, risk, environmental and security record retention system. Provides daily constructive coaching to hourly employees. Recommends formal discipline to M&O Operations Manager when necessary. Assists Aviation Engineer, In-house electrical contractor, others when requested. Available 24/7/365.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Possess and maintain a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Pass pre-employment drug screen and all pre-employment testing
  • Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English
  • Must be comfortable lifting 70lbs repetitively
  • Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions
  • Pass FBI background and obtain US Customs Seal
  • Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Must have high school diploma or GED
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
