Role Purpose
You will be required to process documentation pertaining to freight and mail by clerical and computerized methods in accordance with Company procedures, and Governmental regulations. Full compliance with Company Security and H&S policies is mandatory.
What You Will Be Doing
- Ensure the accurate processing of documentation in all areas in accordance with operational procedures, handling briefs, and Customers\\\’ Service Level Agreements, including special handling e.g. HUM, DGR, VUN, VAL, Radioactive material.
- Ensure final figures are sent as per SLA.
- Perform all aspects of the day-to-day clerical operation and achieve a high level of service and productivity.
- Liaise with clerical Supervisors to ensure fully informed.
- Carry out Dangerous Goods checks and adhere to IATA and carrier regulations.

- Ability to work effectively & efficiently to tight & flexible deadlines essential.
