Role Purpose
Reporting to the Head of Airside, this role will require the individual to carry out roles in the Ramp Job description. You will be responsible for managing resources to fulfil our service standards for our Customer Airlines, allocating tasks to members of the Back of House Team in accordance to their relevant skill level, and to influence and facilitate the consistent delivery of a “World Class” product to our Customer Airlines.
What you will be doing
- Have a full understanding of the airline standards and requirements.
- Allocate all airside resources which includes staff and equipment to flights.
- Pre‑plan the airside operation and highlight any resourcing shortfalls to the Duty Manager in good time to ensure shift changes are actioned accordingly.
- Complete all delay, accident and shift reports.
- A complete understanding of all Health & Safety aspects of the Operation.

You will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health and safety of yourself and of others whilst at work. You must carry out work in accordance with information and training provided and any specific workplace health and safety rules or procedures.

- Remain up to date with all relevant operational, systems and Customer Service training.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment at all times.
