But at the heart of our business is our people.Role Purpose With a firm commitment to exceptional customer service and working to high performance standards, you will be trained to specialise in aircraft turnaround processes including baggage handling, loading and offâloading, aircraft pushback and towing. In addition, you will be trained to assist in other aircraft turnaround procedures such as aircraft presentation and deâicing according to our business needs.What You Will Be Doing Load and offâload baggage & goods manually or mechanicallyUndertake all relevant baggage sorting duties in a safe and efficient mannerCarry out area hazard checks & aircraft inspectionsCarry out towing, pushback & headâset duties, including communication with the flight deck, in accordance with the relevant training receivedAny other duties relating to aircraft turnaround according to business needs such as aircraft presentationAny aircraft deâicing duties requestedWould you like to see more detail on the accountabilities of the role?
