Role Purpose
Responsible for the allocation and performance of a shift of de-icers, aircraft cleaners, and cleaner/drivers of 150-200 staff. Ensuring all aircraft are de-iced, cleaned, and serviced to airline standards and within agreed timescales.
What you will be doing
- Understand airline standards and requirements fully.
- Allocate resources, including staff and equipment, to flights.
- Liaise with customers on flights and via telephone.
- Understand the office coordinator role and be able to perform this function.
- Complete all delay, accident, and shift reports.
