Coordinateur des opérations – YUL, Edinburgh
Les principales responsabilités sont les suivantes :
- Planifier dans le système Work Bridge et gérer quotidiennement le plan de main d\’œuvre et de GSE pour l\’opération YUL en temps réel.
- Organiser et mettre en œuvre toutes les activités de l\’entreprise, de la conception à la réalisation.
- Servir de point de contact pour fournir des informations opérationnelles en temps réel aux équipes, compagnies aériennes et chefs d\’escale.
- Créer des rapports d\’équipe en temps réel et mettre à jour les horaires des avions, en communiquant ces informations aux équipes.
- Gérer les absences ou retards du personnel, ajuster l\’équipe de piste pour couvrir les manques.
- Veiller à l\’application des procédures de sécurité conformément aux normes de Menzies et internationales.
- Contrôler les performances, prendre des mesures correctives si nécessaire.
- Assurer la liaison avec les parties prenantes de l\’aéroport, notamment les chefs d\’escale, le personnel opérationnel, les agents d\’assistance, et les autorités de sécurité.
- Participer à la formation obligatoire et promouvoir une culture de sécurité au travail.
- S\’assurer de la conformité avec les exigences de poids et balance, traiter les plaintes clients rapidement.
- Effectuer les procédures d\’enregistrement, y compris réservations, émission de billets, attribution de sièges, annonces et vérification des documents internationaux.
- Aider les clients ayant des besoins spéciaux et les mineurs non accompagnés.
- Interpréter les instructions de chargement, étiquettes de matières dangereuses, manifestes, et étiquettes de bagages et fret.
- Maintenir la sécurité opérationnelle selon les normes et réglementations en vigueur.
- Conduire et utiliser de petits véhicules commerciaux, nécessitant un permis valide et un casier judiciaire vierge.
- Soulever et déplacer des bagages d\’environ 50 livres, pouvant aller jusqu\’à 70 livres.
- Représenter une image professionnelle en conformité avec le code vestimentaire de l\’entreprise.
Qualifications et expérience :
- Âge minimum de 18 ans, capacité à travailler légalement au Canada.
- Maîtrise du français et de l\’anglais à l\’oral et à l\’écrit.
- Permis de conduire valide.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression, heures prolongées, quarts flexibles, y compris week-ends et jours fériés.
- Obtention des autorisations de sécurité requises.
- Capacité à soulever occasionnellement jusqu\’à 70 livres.
- Connaissance des procédures de manutention, de sécurité et de sûreté dans le contexte aéronautique international.
