We are hiring our first HRBP to join our growing People team! In this role, you will work closely with our VP People and wider People team to influence how the role supports and delivers value to the organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build relationships with business leaders to offer thought leadership on organisational and people-related strategy and execution.
  • Embody our value of a “we improve each and every day,” while helping to build a culture of high performing teams.
  • Provide expertise and support the following areas: workforce and career planning; performance management; coaching; compensation and rewards; employee relations; learning and development; recognition programs; and strategic development.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and translate engagement data into action plans.
  • Nurture and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Support a global workforce with employees located in the UK, Brazil and more.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, ideally in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Proven experience in employee relations and organisational development.
