Men Walk Talk is seeking its first permanent Charity Lead to shape strategy from day one, guide delivery, and work with a Board to grow income and impact.

The role blends leadership with hands-on fundraising, staff and volunteer oversight, and a clear focus on safeguarding and governance.

It’s a substantial part-time role, around 20–24 hours a week, with hybrid working and potential to scale as the charity's income grows.
