Join us on our next chapter of growth at The Brewerkz Group! This role will support marketing efforts across all brands under The Brewerkz Group - from multi-award-winning craft beers and modern Mexican fare, to modern Asian dining and our newest concept designed for Singapore's startup ecosystem.
You will assist in driving marketing campaigns and brand execution across:
- Brewerkz - Singapore's longest-running craft brewery, with six thriving restaurants and a proud Made with Passion brand
- Café Iguana - serving modern Mexican food and a pioneer in Singapore's Mexican dining scene since 2000
- Jiak Kim House - a tribute to modern Asian cuisine housed in a beautifully restored 1920s warehouse along the Singapore River, helmed by Chef-Partner Seow Tzi Qin (TQ)
You'll be exposed to a diverse mix of responsibilities - from campaign ideation and content creation to digital marketing, events, and brand collaborations. You'll work directly with the Marketing Lead and closely alongside the founders, creative partners, and a passionate team that moves fast, thinks big, and celebrates bold ideas.

Responsibilities
This role will report directly to Head of Marketing within the group. You will work closely with all key stakeholders across the group to drive all marketing activities. The major responsibilities of this role include:
- Manage and execute brand's marketing calendar
- Work closely with all stakeholders to launch festive and seasonal menu
- Manage all food and drinks menus and related collaterals - print and digital
- Handle all customer inquiries, complaints, issues, feedback
- Create captivating content and manage all digital platforms: social media, website and email marketing
- Provide quality copywriting for social media, marketing campaigns, and press releases
- Work closely with the graphic design team to conceptualise, plan, and execute visual elements for all marketing and seasonal campaigns
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition for brand relevance
- Support Event Sales team in creating compelling sales content and materials
- Support company in any new projects as and when required
Requirements
- Min 2 years' experience in F&B
- Proven leadership skill and experience leading a team
- Energetic, self-driven, can-do attitude
- Love for F&B space, familiarity with the local F&B scene
- Strong communicator, spoken and written
- Candidate should ideally possess a tertiary qualification
