Founded in 1858, Mentzendorff Ltd is one of the UK's longest established wine importers, having represented Bollinger Champagne for over 160 years. Today the company is part of the Bollinger Family Group and jointly owned by the Bollinger Family and The Fladgate Partnership (owners of Taylor's, Fonseca & Croft Ports) that they exclusively represent alongside many of the world's finest family-owned wine estates, including: Hamilton Russell & Klein Constantia South African wines; Bodegas RODA from Rioja; Ceretto & Ciacci Piccolomini from Italy; Tapanappa from Australia – amongst others.
Mentzendorff is a wine & spirits agency business, managing both sales distribution to all trade channels and brand marketing to the consumer and trade throughout the UK. Mentzendorff is composed of 42 employees – with half being field-based Sales and half office-based Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Services and Finance.
