We are working in partnership with our esteemed client who is a leading specialist in adult inpatient service based in the Sussex area. The hospital has an experienced medical and multidisciplinary team that supports patients with acute mental health needs.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Working in an inpatient setting.
- Offering leadership and guidance as well as being Responsible Clinician for patients.
- Leading the MDT team and liaising with external professionals to ensure quality standards for all patients.
- Delivering high quality care to patients and families.
- Providing care to all patients on the ward with the support of a specialty doctor and team of physical health specialists.
- Attending MHA meetings and completion of MHA reports.
- Working alongside a junior doctor and MDT who support the ward.
