Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Specialty Doctor in Psychiatry with expertise in diagnosing and managing neurodevelopmental conditions to join our friendly and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual Autism Clinical Assessments and ADHD assessments, including follow-up appointments with Adults (expected 4 assessments per 3-day week).
- Manage ADHD medication titration as needed.
- Participate in referral meetings and provide duty cover for enquiries.
- Allocate time for PDP and supervision (1 session).
- Prepare reports within required timeframes.
- Attend, contribute to, and lead multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, clinical reports, and associated documentation.
- Perform other duties within the scope of the role.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Highly skilled clinician with excellent understanding of safeguarding, risk assessment, and management.
- Passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals and sharing our visions and values.

Working Conditions:
- 4 Days per week of Remote Working - 1 day per week on site in Basingstoke
