We are currently partnering with a progressive and fast-growing mental health service to recruit an experienced ADOS Assessor (Associate). This organisation is dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred assessments and support for individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions, including ADHD, Autism, and Learning Disabilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified clinician seeking flexible, ad hoc work, with appointments offered in line with service demand often outside of standard business hours.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS-2) assessments (Module 4) in line with NICE guidelines
- Produce high-quality assessment reports within agreed timeframes
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to agree outcomes and recommendations
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records
- Engage with internal communication platforms to stay connected with the wider team
- Keep up to date with best practice and current research in autism assessment
- ADOS-2 certification (essential)
- Minimum of 1 years experience conducting ADOS-2 Module 4 assessments
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Registration with a relevant professional body (with no restrictions on practice)
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
- Up-to-date CSTF training (or willingness to complete)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Located within 1 hours travel of Leeds
- Flexible, self-employed opportunity
- Work offered on an ad hoc basis depending on service demand
