Medical Consultant Psychiatrist in Glasgow

Job Description Location: London Job Type: Locum / Temporary Hours: Part-time - flexible, 3-5 days per week Rate: £120+ per hour, depending on experience Payment: Limited Company Contract: Initial 3 months, with potential to extend CAMHS Consultant Psychiatrist - Eating Disorders | London\n We are currently recruiting for an experienced CAMHS Consultant Psychiatrist specialising in Eating Disorders to join an established specialist service in London on a locum basis. \n This is an excellent opportunity for a Consultant Psychiatrist with strong experience in the assessment and treatment of children and young people with eating disorders , looking for a flexible locum position with the option to work 3-5 days per week . The Role\n You will provide specialist psychiatric input to children and young people presenting with eating disorders, working as part of a multidisciplinary team. \n Responsibilities will include: \n \n Psychiatric assessment and clinical management of young people with eating disorders \n Diagnosis, risk assessment and formulation \n Development and review of treatment plans \n Medication management where clinically appropriate \n Working closely with psychologists, therapists, nurses and other members of the MDT \n Liaising with families, GPs, paediatric services and other professionals \n Supporting safeguarding and risk-management processes \n Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation \n Providing senior clinical input and leadership within the multidisciplinary team \n Requirements\n \n Full GMC registration with a licence to practise \n CCT in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry , or equivalent specialist experience \n Previous Consultant-level experience within CAMHS \n Significant experience working with Eating Disorders \n Section 12 approval \n Approved Clinician (AC) status \n Right to work in the UK \n Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one \n Excellent communication and multidisciplinary working skills \n What's on Offer?\n \n £120+ per hour , depending on experience \n Payment via Limited Company \n Flexible working - 3-5 days per week \n Initial 3-month contract , with potential for extension \n London-based specialist service \n Opportunity to work within an experienced multidisciplinary team \n Dedicated support throughout the registration and placement process \n \n If you are a CAMHS Consultant Psychiatrist with specialist Eating Disorder experience and are interested in a flexible locum opportunity in London, we would be very interested in hearing from you \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
