We are working in partnership with our esteemed client who are leading specialists in adult inpatient service based in the West Midlands area. The hospital has an experienced medical and multidisciplinary team that support patients with acute mental health needs.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Working in an inpatient setting.
- Offering leadership and guidance as well as being Responsible Clinician for patients
- Leading the MDT team and liaising with external professionals and ensuring quality standards for all patients
- Delivering high quality care to patients and families
- Providing care to all patients on the ward with the support of a specialty doctor and team of physical health specialists
- Attending MHA meetings and completion of MHA reports
- Working alongside a junior doctor and MDT who support the ward
Details:
- Working Full Time, 40 hours per week
- Experience in Adult Psychiatry
- Must hold Section 12 and AC status
- Participation in a 1 in 3 on call rota which is paid in addition to hourly rates
