As a Business Development Representative at MentorX, your primary responsibility is to expand corporate relationships, establish partnerships with hiring companies, and successfully match and deliver our early talent to these businesses. You will work closely with our career counselor teams to understand student skills and career goals. Strong organizational skills are essential to build and maintain corporate job resources, meeting the subsequent employment needs of students. This position can be remote.
- Expand corporate resources by establishing long-term and positive relationships with partner companies.
- Collaborate with career counselors to develop career development plans based on student abilities and career aspirations.

Qualifications:
