Role Overview

Join MentorMind Education as our Social Media & Marketing Intern — shaping our voice, growing our digital presence, and building an engaged community of students, educators, parents, and EdTech advocates. You’ll work closely with the founding team to craft content that showcases our AI-powered study assistant for GCSE & A-Level learners, while amplifying our mission to drive better learning and wellbeing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and publish high-quality content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Manage community engagement: comments, DMs, replies, student ambassadors
  • Develop content calendars aligned with product releases and campaigns
  • Analyse performance metrics and optimise content for growth
  • Support brand storytelling — user success stories, feature highlights, FAQs
  • Coordinate creator outreach and student influencer collaborations
  • Assist with email marketing and student engagement initiatives

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Familiarity with TikTok/Instagram growth and short-form video content
  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
  • Canva / Adobe Express / CapCut / Figma experience (bonus)
  • Interest in education, student wellbeing, or AI in learning
  • A creative mindset — proactive, curious, and willing to experiment
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Hootsuite) is a plus

Ideal for: Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Media, Communications, or Education who want real-world experience running social and community channels for a growing EdTech startup.
