Description: London Property Acquisition & Investment Executive (Private Mandate)

Location: London, UK

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus + potential equity participation for the right candidate

Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven, well-connected, and commercially minded property professional to act as our eyes and ears on the ground in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, analysing, and securing off-market and undervalued real estate opportunities across London and the wider UK.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who may currently be working in an agency or investment firm but is looking to step into a more entrepreneurial, private role with the potential for long-term alignment and upside.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source off-market, distressed, and value-add real estate opportunities in London and key UK regions.
  • Build and leverage strong relationships with agents, receivers, banks, developers, and private sellers.
  • Lead the initial deal analysis, underwriting, and feasibility studies.
  • Present opportunities with full investment rationale and financial modelling.
  • Assist with negotiations, due diligence, and transaction execution.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activity.
  • Develop a pipeline of actionable opportunities in line with agreed investment criteria.
  • Act as the local representative for the principal on property matters.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3-7 years’ experience in real estate investment, agency, acquisitions, or distressed assets.
  • Strong network of London property agents, insolvency practitioners, lenders, and developers.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to unearth off-market deals.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Financially literate with the ability to model investments and assess risk.
  • Hungry, self-motivated, discreet, and comfortable working independently with direct access to the principal.

What We Offer:

  • Direct access to decision-maker with quick turnaround on offers.
  • Opportunity to build a long-term relationship with meaningful bonus structures tied to deal success.
  • For the right person: potential for equity participation in selected deals.
  • Flexibility and autonomy in how you manage your time and contacts.

Application Process:

Interested candidates should submit a CV and a brief note outlining their relevant experience and motivation for applying.
