ServiceNow Technical Specialist

Permanent | Remote (EU-based) | €75,000 - €90,000 + Benefits

We are partnering with a globally recognised accounting firm undergoing a major digital transformation to recruit a ServiceNow Technical Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key technical role in the delivery and optimisation of a global ServiceNow platform.

Location & Working Style

This is a remote-first role, open to candidates based in the EU. Occasional travel to European office locations will be required for team collaboration and project workshops.

The Role

You will join a centralised Technology & Digital team that supports a global user base. Reporting to the ServiceNow Product Manager, you will act as a subject matter expert overseeing platform performance, integration, security, and design. You will also liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure best practices in configuration, adoption, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Provide hands-on technical support and guidance for the ServiceNow platform
  • Validate technical designs and integrations with other systems
  • Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution
  • Maintain platform documentation, architecture standards, and user access
  • Drive platform enhancements and recommend upgrades or new features
  • Ensure alignment with ITSM, ITIL, and compliance frameworks

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years' experience administering and implementing ServiceNow
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, Service Portal & Performance Analytics
  • Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)
  • ITIL v4 Foundation (or higher)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification
  • One or more ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification
  • Experience supporting a global environment is a plus
