  • Support the RFP (Request for Proposal) process, including writing requirements, evaluating responses, and making data-driven recommendations
  • Provide functional analysis and collaborate on solution design, implementation strategies, and trade-offs
  • Contribute to technical estimates using standard tools, work breakdown structures (WBS), and statements of work (SoW)
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure final deliverables meet user expectations

About You

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and bring value to cross-functional IT projects. Ideally, you will have:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business analysis or a related role
  • Strong understanding of cost estimation and operating models
  • Broad IT knowledge – including platforms, technologies, and ideally networking & cybersecurity
  • A natural analytical mindset and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders across various regions
