Support clients in going live with our powered services efficiently and successfully by assisting with onboarding to; configuration of; and testing of our platform.
Role Overview: As a Junior Implementation Executive, you’ll help deliver successful client implementations by coordinating setup tasks, supporting testing, documenting progress, and ensuring excellent client communication. You’ll work closely with senior implementation managers and technical teams to ensure every client is set up for success, while building your understanding of the fintech ecosystem.
You will be responsible for:
- Set up and manage access to Sandbox and live environments
- Assist clients with example test scenarios
- Support first-line client queries and escalate issues appropriately
- Attend and document client meetings
- Track progress of implementation tasks across clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure readiness for client go-live
- Contribute to improving and standardizing implementation processes
