p IT Project Manager – ERP / Infor M3 / Business Change /p p 3 days per week in office /p p Salary: £65,000 + 10% bonus /p p strong About the Role /strong /p p We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join a large organisation and deliver a range of technology and business change projects. /p p You will manage projects across the full lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to implementation, go-live, hypercare and transition into BAU. /p p The project portfolio will cover a broad range of technology initiatives, including ERP, enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud, cyber security and wider digital transformation. /p p Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, third-party suppliers and implementation partners, you will ensure projects are delivered to agreed scope, budget, timescales and quality standards. /p p strong Key Responsibilities /strong /p ul li Manage IT and business change projects through the full project lifecycle. /li li Develop and maintain project plans, governance documentation and RAID logs. /li li Manage project scope, budgets, resources, risks, issues and dependencies. /li li Provide clear project reporting to senior stakeholders, Steering Groups and Project Boards. /li li Manage software vendors, implementation partners and system integrators. /li li Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect management and business sign-off. /li li Manage deployment, cutover, go-live and post-implementation hypercare. /li li Ensure effective transition into BAU support, including documentation and knowledge transfer. /li li Support business readiness and ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes. /li /ul p strong About You /strong /p p We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in delivering complex technology and business change projects within medium to large organisations. /p p You will ideally have: /p ul li Strong IT Project Management experience. /li li Proven experience delivering complex enterprise technology or business systems projects. /li li PRINCE2 Practitioner certification. /li li Strong experience across project governance, planning, budgeting and RAID management. /li li Experience managing third-party suppliers, software vendors and implementation partners. /li li Proven experience delivering projects through testing, deployment, go-live, hypercare and BAU transition. /li li Experience coordinating SIT, UAT and defect management. /li li Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills. /li /ul p strong ERP Infor M3 Experience /strong /p p ERP implementation, upgrade or transformation experience is highly desirable. /p p Experience with Infor M3 would be advantageous, with Infor CloudSuite M3 implementation experience particularly relevant. /p p Candidates with experience working within manufacturing, FMCG, logistics or supply chain environments would also be of interest. /p p strong What the Role Offers /strong /p p This is a broad IT Project Manager position offering exposure to major ERP, enterprise application and technology transformation projects within a large organisation. /p p Salary: £65,000 + 10% bonus /p p br /p
