We're supporting our client in the search for an experienced Change Management Lead to join a major business transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Change Management professional to lead the people side of change, driving stakeholder engagement, communications, business readiness, training and user adoption throughout the programme lifecycle.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years' experience leading Change Management within large transformation programmes
- Experience supporting ERP, CRM, Digital Transformation or Business Transformation projects
- Strong stakeholder management and executive engagement skills
- Experience delivering change strategies, communications, training and business readiness activities
- Proven experience working across multi-country environments
- Prosci, CCMP or similar Change Management certification is highly desirable
Essential Requirements:
- Fluent French and English (professional business level)
- Able to facilitate workshops, lead meetings and produce communications in French
- Available from mid-July 2026
- Happy to work remotely on a France-based engagement
