Customer Success Executive About the Company Our client is a leading provider of training solutions for the transport, warehousing, and logistics sectors. They develop industry-accredited training materials and digital platforms that help over 600 partners deliver compliant training to more than 100,000 learners each year. The Role As a Customer Success Executive, you will manage a portfolio of customers, helping them maximise the value of the company s products and services. You ll build strong customer relationships, resolve complex queries, manage renewals, and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. Working closely with Customer Service, Product, Commercial, and Finance teams, you ll act as the customer s advocate, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while continuously improving the customer experience. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and build long-term relationships. Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve complex customer issues. Support customer onboarding, product adoption, renewals, and retention. Identify upselling opportunities where appropriate. Use HubSpot and other digital platforms to manage customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer outcomes. Produce customer reports and identify trends to improve products and processes. Skills
