We're supporting a global B2B software organisation undergoing a major CRM assessment and rationalisation programme across multiple business units and international teams. They are looking for an experienced CRM Solution Architect to conduct an independent assessment of a complex CRM estate, currently including multiple Salesforce environments alongside other platforms and business systems.
This role is focused on:
- Assessing the current CRM landscape and architecture
- Rationalising multiple CRM instances and identifying future-state options
- Producing solution designs and strategic recommendations
- Engaging senior stakeholders across technology and business teams
