About this role: You will help build AI training data that captures how private equity and growth equity professionals evaluate investments, value companies, structure transactions, manage portfolio companies, and drive returns across the full investment lifecycle from sourcing to exit.
What we're looking for:
- 2–5 years of private equity or growth equity experience at a megafund or upper-middle market fund Associate, VP, or Principal level; industry agnostic
- Strong LBO and/or growth equity modeling skills; deep familiarity with deal structuring, leverage, and return attribution
- Experience across the deal lifecycle: sourcing, due diligence, IC memos, portfolio monitoring, and exit preparation
- Comfort working across buyout, carve-out, take-private, or growth/minority transaction types
