We’re looking for a Product Growth Marketing Manager to sit inside our Growth/ Business Unit team and act as the marketing owner of in-product revenue growth. This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, data, and commercial outcomes—using insight, experimentation, and messaging to drive adoption, expansion, and monetisation through the product itself.
You will be the marketing counterpart on the Growth/ Business unit team, responsible for shaping how customers discover, adopt, and expand their usage of Mention Me via the product experience on ecommerce marketplaces. This person would also have ownership and accountability for delivering the pipe required through this channel via the products.
This is not a traditional launch-led or sales-enablement PMM role. Instead, you’ll:
- Drive pipe growth, messaging, positioning, activation, feature adoption, expansion, and upsell
- Influence roadmap priorities through growth insights
- Translate customer behaviour into experiments that unlock revenue
You’ll work day-to-day with Product, Engineering, Data, Demand Generation, Sales, and Customer Success, owning growth initiatives end-to-end—from hypothesis to impact.
Core responsibilities & outcomes
- Drive revenue through product
- Own product-led growth initiatives that drive revenue by increasing activation, adoption, expansion, and net new ARR
- Identify and execute opportunities for in-product upsell, cross-sell, and packaging optimisation
- Partner with Sales and CS to align product-led motions with commercial plays
- Lead experimentation & optimisation
- Define growth hypotheses based on user behaviour, funnel analysis, and customer insight
- Design and run experiments across onboarding, in-product messaging, feature discovery, and pricing.
- Use data to measure impact, iterate quickly, and scale what works
- Own in-product messaging & positioning
- Develop clear, compelling in-product value narratives that drive action
- Ensure the right message reaches the right user at the right moment in the journey
- Translate complex product value into simple, outcome-focused language
- Be the voice of the customer in the Growth team
- Stay close to customers to understand needs, objections, and moments of friction
- Feed insights into roadmap prioritisation and growth opportunities
- Continuously refine personas, JTBD, and lifecycle stages based on real usage
- Collaborate cross-functionally
- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ship growth initiatives
- Partner with Data to define success metrics and dashboards
- Align with Marketing on lifecycle, campaigns, and narrative consistency
What success looks like
- Increased activation and feature adoption rates resulting in increased revenue
- Measurable uplift in product-led revenue (expansion, upsell, cross-sell)
- Faster time-to-value for new customers
- Scalable, repeatable growth experiments embedded into how the product is built
We’d love to hear from you if you have
- 5+ years’ experience in product growth, growth marketing, or product marketing with strong commercial acumen
- Proven experience driving commercial outcomes through product changes
- Strong analytical mindset—comfortable working with data, funnels, and experimentation
- Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams
- Ability to translate insight into action and narrative into behaviour
- A customer-first mindset with a bias toward impact over output
- (B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred)
What this role is not
- Not a pure launch or sales-enablement role
- Not focused on top-of-funnel demand generation
- Not a traditional “PMM sitting in Marketing only” role
This is a hands-on growth role embedded in product, with direct accountability for revenue impact.
Interview process
- 1st stage: Hiring Manager call (25 mins)
- 2nd stage: VP Marketing interview (25 mins)
- 3rd stage: In-person task interview with Growth & Commercial leaders (1 hour)
Benefits
- Hybrid working
- Private medical insurance with Vitality, including enhanced mental wellbeing support, dental and vision policies and a range of lifestyle benefits and great incentives
- Life insurance
- Two Celebration Days; additional time off for you to celebrate religious days, cultural events, birthdays, anniversaries, or any other significant day that’s important to you
- Enhanced parental leave
- 25 days annual leave (plus public holidays), increasing over your time as a Mentioneer
- Up-to-date tech you’ll need (we love Macs)
